Grievence & Whistleblowing
At Gant, we believe in fostering an environment of openness and fair treatment. Reporters have the option to remain anonymous, and concerns raised in good faith are protected from victimization or any other detrimental treatment.
When to use whistleblowing
We expect both internal and external stakeholders to disclose information that is relevant for public nature, coinciding with the following:
Criminal offenses
Failure to comply with a legal obligation
Miscarriages of justice
Threats to life or safety
Environmental harm
Deliberate concealment of any of the above
How to report
Gant is committed to maintaining an open culture with the highest standards of honesty and accountability. Through our whistleblowing channel, stakeholders can report suspected breaches of laws, regulations, or ethical standards. Reports are reviewed by the Global People & Culture department who will conduct an investigation and carry out all necessary actions to solve the reported issue.
This reporting tool reflects our belief that we are stronger together and encourage the ability to question, learn and explore as a means of growth.
